_rahsia_solat_

Niat Solat

Sujud
Memagar kita ketika menyeberangi titian Siratul-Mustaqim

Duduk Antara 2 Sujud (Awal)

(HR:Bukhari)

"Sometimes you want things, and when you get them it turns out not to be so great. Then there are times like these when you get something that you didn't even know you wanted, and it turns out to be wonderful" .... frm the horoscope...

walla... definitely!! but what's more frustrating than when you want things very badly; and it turns u didnt get it at all? uwaa... long-lasting regrets... even though not all people like that, its me am talking about!!

for the period of 2 years working now; i've been to quite a number of job interviews... from big-playa to mid to small one... Perodua, Exxon-Mobil, IBM <- these 3 are most regretful (coz they're the big player & I've been interviewed by these 3 companies for 2 times each).. hahaha... what a pity me? that's why am sometimes feels like a l*ser...

yesterday, going to a company @TTDI (IBM partner) for an Aptitude Test... hahha... the test much alike the one from IBM, but more tougher I guess... or is it because my mind(intellectuality) grows negative?? hmm... the answer is the latter for sure... seriously, I find it tougher yesterday than I had it 1.5 years back... uwaaa... better get myself plays more games (mindsweeper? sudoku? pinball? puzzle bubble?)...

this evening, i'd watched 'AC Disini' @ Astro RIA... an issue that makes me want to comment it here is about the 'kepala ikan tongkol RM45' hahha.... its true what AC said... use your buying power (read : kuasa membeli pengguna).... if u think u can't afford at that price, just dont buy la... eat something else... there's so much other alternative than that 'kepala ikan tongkol' (which is for me takdela best kalo nak compare ngan isi ikan terubuk masak tempoyak)... what the *toot* is that buyer thinks? if he/she bring the RM45 and asks for 'kepala ikan tongkol' in any 5-star hotel; the price might be the same or even higher!!! yes am here not to blame that makcik-jual-kepala-ikan-tongkol!!! its her cooks and she have the rights to charge any price coz its her IP (intellectual property) making the recipe...

apelagi nak tulis yek?

_career_hunt_

huh... u think am just excited with Treasure Hunt?? haha... right now, am more towards reading 'tulips' (find 'TULIPS') for my career path...

hmm.. guess what? one of my best senior (in fact all them are best in their own way) are leaving... not so long ago, one of my best senior also 'trying' to leave, yet he didn't... (i admit that my employer is one of the best in Malaysia in its own way)...

Here got two nice article i wanna share:

1. The Ideal Employer
and, here the Excerpts :
Employers vary enormously - the best will provide you with good training opportunities and will help you to fulfill your potential.
The worst will wring you out and leave you with skills that are so out-of-date that you are unemployable.

In looking at an employer, you should look at:

* the culture of the company
* the people you will be working with
* the extent to which the role will meet your personal needs, and
* the opportunities that the job will be opened to you.

For a job to be good and satisfying, it needs to satisfy your personal needs. It should also lead you towards achieving your aspirations and personal goals.

Good employers will be able to offer you good opportunities for career development.

2. Why do talented employees leave companies?
and, here the Excerpts :
If you’re losing good people, look to their immediate supervisor. More than any other single reason, he is the reason people stay and thrive in an organisation. And he’s the reason why they quit, taking their knowledge, experience and contacts with them. Often, straight to the competition.

Beyond a point, an employee’s primary need has less to do with money, and more to do with how he’s treated and how valued he feels.

The first time, an employee may not leave, but a thought has been planted. The second time, that thought gets strengthened. The third time, he starts looking for another job.
When people cannot retort openly in anger, they do so by passive aggression. By digging their heels in and slowing down. By doing only what they are told to do and no more. By omitting to give the boss crucial information.
