_problem_sleepiness_
i think i suffer from this problem lar...
i slept for minimum 7 hrs a night, sometimes up to 8 1/2 hrs... then took short nap in the afternoon for abt 10-15 mins... but, still sleepy...
help me!!!

Buat ni tiap2 malam sebelum tidur:
1. Maafkan semua orang
2. Fikir benda positif hari itu
3. Baca empat Qul, tiup tapak tangan dan sapu satu badan (except tapak kaki)
4. Baca Ayat Qursi 6 kali
5. Baca Bismillah 21 kali
6. Baca Zikir Fatimah, yg Rasulullah beri pada Saidatina Fatimah kerana beliau mengadu penat dan nak minta maid dari Rasulullah (zikir Subhanallah 33x, Alhamdulillah 33x, Allah hu Akbar 3x).
7. Niat nak bangun subuh
8. Tidur.... InsyAllah tenang dan bangun pagi cergas.
